ACNE - AN INFAMOUS APPEARANCE PUBERTY

Whenever you use them the least, it can come back to the fore: the acne! Stubborn blackheads and blisters disfiguring the face, neck and decollete and often more. And what do we do? We try with aggressive or creams to end the evil fingers. It is important to understand first of all, why the pimples occur and what treatment really helps.

Pimples and blackheads do not arise because someone does not wash, but due to hormonal changes during puberty. I do not know anyone to like it, but because we must, unfortunately, all through. One more, some less. But there are ways and methods of those ugly pimples and pustules to get to grips with.

Acne Causes
Acne, also known as acne vulgaris, is one of the most common among young skin diseases.
During puberty, the body makes a huge hormonal changes. If our body has learned that hormones pour into which he has set, the conversion is completed. Unfortunately, this can take quite a long time. So it happens, the acne until about the 25th Verschindet of age alone.
Acne is a skin disease and should be treated. There are also serious Aknefälle, which can lead to scarring and inflamed nodes.

Acne Types
There are three different types of acne.
1) Only blackheads
2) blackheads, inflamed nodules and pus-filled blisters,
3) In addition, inflamed nodes, scars and fistulas.

Therapy and healing
The treatment of this skin disease is slow and sometimes requires several visits to the doctor. The possibilities are numerous and range from medication to purely external applications.
Gentle cleansing is the basis for the treatment of acne. A proper cleansing supports the healing process. This is best to use alcoholic solutions, which are prescribed by a dermatologist and so-called syndet. This is a synthetic scrubbing solution which has a strong degreasing, germicidal and intensive cleaning.

Highly recommended is the skin peeling. This old skin cells and abnormal keratinization are removed so that the sebum from the sebaceous glands can abfliesen unhindered.

An oral antibiotic therapy is used only in severe forms of inflammatory acne. The tetracycline drug passes through the bloodstream into the inflamed follicles and accumulates there. He looks directly at the scene. Caution in light sensitivity during treatment with antibiotics.

The "pill" for the treatment of acne is hormonal therapy with female sex hormones. This therapy is only possible for women! It will be given birth control pills with a high content of estrogens that reduce sebum production. Thus, women not only prevent but also improve the complexion.

Antibacterial therapy for mild forms of acne are applied. Here bactericidal creams and tinctures are applied topically to the skin.

The 13-cis-retinoic acid is a potent drug that promises quick results. After two weeks, an improvement occurs. The 13-cis-retinoic acid decreases the sebaceous glands and reduces sebum production. However, this treatment is only in severe forms of acne on the application.
What helps the individual, however, depends greatly on the type of acne and naturally from one's body. A visit to the dermatologist would be helpful in any case, because only then can the treatment be found that makes the ugly pimples disappear fast - no scars to be back!
